The Pendleton County Fiscal Court Meetings are held on: the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the upstairs Fiscal Court Chambers of the old courthouse, 233 Main Street, Falmouth, Kentucky 41040.. These meeting dates are subject to any special called meetings. Public always invited.

The Pendleton County Fiscal Court Caucus Meetings are held on: the Monday, eight days before the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM in the upstairs Fiscal Court Chambers of the old courthouse, 233 Main Street, Falmouth, Kentucky 41040. These meeting dates are subject to any special called meetings. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

The county's budget is a complicated document due to the influence posed on its creation by the Kentucky State Revised Statues. State law requires many county budget items to be beyond the choice of the county officials such as, jails, animal control, solid waste, emergency management, along with many others. Also, many funds are restricted for use and may only be budgeted as prescribed by law. Please keep these thoughts in mind as you review this document.
