Commercial Zoning Permit Applications

Applications for Commercial Zoning Permits are processed as follows:

1. Submit a completed Commercial Zoning Permit Application Form along with a
   Stage I Development Plan to the Department of Planning and Zoning.
   
   
2. Application and Stage I Development Plan go to a public hearing before the
   Pendleton County Joint Planning Commission.
   
   
3. Upon approval of the Plan Commission, the applicant shall submit a Stage II Development Plan to the Zoning Administrator for final approval.
